Direct from Nashville, TN, indie-rockers Kopecky stopped by LA's Echo this past Tuesday night delivering a set of pure kinetic joy and aural bliss that left me buzzing long after I left the venue.
Currently on the road in support of the the recently released album "Drug for the Modern Age," (available now via ATO Records) the ensemble plowed through a set of the band's own infectious tunes, including tracks off "Drug." The night closed with a rousing and unexpected rendition of Fleetwood Mac's "Tusk" that sent vocalist and guitarist Gabe Simon into the audience playing out the band with a blaring trombone performance.
Photos from Tuesday night's show, also featuring shots of openers Desert Noises and Armors, are below. For more on Kopecky, including upcoming tour dates, be sure to visit kopeckymusic.com and follow @kopeckymusic on Twitter.
