Seeing Le Butcherettes Sunday night at The Constellation Room in Santa Ana was one of the great live spectacles I've ever witnessed in my life. It was a freeing experience of pure, epic rock and roll, the kind of night that leaves you buzzing just thinking about it afterward.
Lead by the mesmerizing Teri Gender Bender, Le Butcherettes was nothing short of an ear-splitting force of nature that completely took over the Constellation Room stage. The band is currently on the road in support of their latest release, A Raw Youth (available now via Ipecac Recordings) with additional US dates in Seattle on 9/23 and Portland on 9/24 before venturing off to Europe for the remainder of the year.
